CRM & Marketing Analyst
Our client have an immediate opportunity for an experienced CRM Analyst to join their growing team. You will be working for a Not for Profit organisation who has experienced significant change and development to their CRM processes recently and therefore now require additional support for a fixed period of 12 months.
Reporting into the CRM Manager, the Database Analyst will be involved in managing, analysing and maintaining large amounts of data and assisting in the migration of all relevant internal customers to one email platform. You will be involved in creating reports and insight, dealing with data selections/updates/data uploading & checking and scoping, implementing and embedding new processes and ways of working.
The ideal candidate for this CRM Analyst opportunity will have had previous experience of working with CRM systems - preferably Microsoft Dynamics and have come from a data driven or direct marketing focused background. You must be experienced in making compliant data selections and creating and analysing targeted and accurately segmented marketing campaigns using the full media mix. The ability to assist in the delivery of insight from data by building reports, selections and segmentation strategies is essential.
It is essential that you will have previous experience within a direct marketing role and have experience of data segmentation and database/CRM management with an understanding and use of statistical techniques and working on journey campaign style marketing.
This role is initially offered on a fixed term contract of 12 months and can offer an immediate start for the right person. Your own transport is essential and the role is easily commutable from locations including Kenilworth, Warwick, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Rugby, Hockley Heath, Henley in Arden, Solihull, Hinckley, Banbury, Northampton, Corby, Leicester and Tamworth.
