Our client, an international creative brand agency, are on the hunt for a new Account Director to direct and grow their client relationships across a wide variety of global clients.
Acting as the main point of contact for the clients, you will steer the strategic and business development for accounts in pursuit of long-term commercial growth.
You will oversee creative development work to ensure presented work is of the highest possible standards and will provide clear and regular communication with senior management on project progress.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to build meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
You must have a proven track record in agency senior management roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand experience.
Our client is looking for candidates that are highly organised, professional, diplomatic and able to communicate at all levels within client business.
You should be able to think on your feet, make quick decisions and be skilled at motivating teams to deliver beyond the brief to drive client satisfaction.
As the Account Director you will be:
- Experienced in leading consumer goods, service and corporate branding assignments from inception to completion.
- An excellent communication and confident presenter who can articulate strategic thinking and creative concepts.
- Ability to generate new business within existing client relationships, as well as from new client sources.
- An enthusiastic team player, excellent communicator and listener and have experience of mentoring and developing junior team members
