The Junior Account Manager role

As a result, creative is “all” and the agency delivers big 360 campaigns a couple of times a year with a lot of ATL stuff. This is a great account on which to get close to the brand and see how creative can work hard to make it punch above its weight.
The Junior Account Manager will be joining a small, friendly account team with lots of headroom and autonomy in a supportive environment.
The second account is a long-standing client that is completely integrated and spans the whole agency offering. The work is incredibly varied and the projects can include everything from full 360 campaigns, to digital transformation, to brand repositioning and research. It’s an account that gives great exposure at all stages of the project allowing the Junior Account Manager to foster strong client relationships.
The team is led by an empowering and fun Managing Partner. There is a strong team culture and everyone is supportive and extremely friendly with a lot of socialising outside the agency.
The agency’s creative expectations for both accounts are very high and the Junior Account Manager will be joining a restless team always looking for the best possible idea and pushing the work to be as good as it can possibly be.
