Digital Media Performance Manager
£45,000 to £50,000

Do you want to work for one of the most high-end businesses on earth? Do you have experience in the luxury industry? Are you a performance marketer who'd like to work for a family-owned business which sells lots of unique, never-to-be-replicated-again pieces?

For this role, you'll be leading the project of bringing performance marketing in-house, you'll be adept at managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders of all kinds, and you'll be working across both UK and international markets.

Here are some more details:

* You will own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social, Display and SEM campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring delivery on time, budget & quality standards
* You will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from internal global teams in Marketing and Creative through to 3rd Party agencies and suppliers
* You'll manage the performance of paid digital activity across US, EMEA, APAC and Japan markets and make media budget recommendations
* You will implement the day to day maintenance of your campaigns and execute ad optimisations
* Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities; deliver actionable insights back to team to influence campaign optimisations and business growth
* You will lead the identification and testing of new paid channels, providing rationale and testing strategy
* You will adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all your paid your campaign activities
* You will create global weekly reports, analysing campaigns using various data sets and liaising with internal teams to provide a full overview of channels successes & growth opportunities against company objectives

And here's what you need to do the role:

* You will lead the project to bring all Paid Social, SEM and Display advertising in house, so experience managing campaigns across these channels is essential
* Strong hands-on experience implementing and optimising accounts
* Proactive and flexible self-starter who takes the initiative to propose new ideas and drive projects forward autonomously
* Proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that have driven significant results
* Excellent project management skills - ability to multi-task while maintaining bird's eye view
* Strong relationship management skills - ability to influence partners, stakeholders, and agencies
* Innovative and quick-thinking, with the business acumen to balance risk and reward
* Previous agency-facing experience - either on client or agency side
