Production Manager / Creative Services Manager

6 months FTC working at a top creative agency, brilliant culture and inspiring environment who produce social content for the best lux fashion brands.

Production Manager Qualities

· Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Basecamp, Jira etc. Trello most relevant.

· Strong leadership skills and experience managing a creative department or team.

· Resourcing team with freelancers when needed, spotting areas in the team that need support and step in to make sure key stakeholders come together to problem solve etc).

· Experience managing budgets.

· Experience producing still and video shoots.

· Solution focused and flexible.

· Exceptional organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks/ projects.

· Able to stay calm under pressure, be enthusiastic, positive and have perseverance.

· Experience working on Brand Partnership campaigns (campaign management, timings, budgets, internal and external stakeholder management, critical risk assessment etc)

· Experience in luxury and or fashion industries.

40 to 50k pro rata
