This multi award winning integrated marketing agency partners with some truly fantastic and inspiring brands in the energy, retail, leisure and horticultural sector. What we find so refreshing about their client list is that as they aren’t all strict global power brands, this agency has been able to have some real fun with the conceptual and execution side... they are actively seeking the agency to push boundaries.

To be suitable for this role as AD you will need to have solid background in either eCRM or CRM, working across a multitude of different accounts with a broad interest in lots of vertical sectors. The more creative the thinker.....the better.

Let’s keep this brief; Due to the nature of the team and clients the successful individual will be adept at dealing with multiple accounts, thriving on multi-tasking and taking ownership of your own projects. Given your solid account management experience, you will be able to hit the ground running, and immediately demonstrate your knowledge of direct response channels (digital and offline), data management and agency processes.

In addition, we would like you to be ambitious and a strong opportunity seeker, being able to identify where opportunities lie. Being a self-starter you will be comfortable with taking on new projects and are used to building great relationships with clients.

As an independent and genuinely fast growing agency, this is a great place to be if you are looking to move up the career ladder without having to switch jobs every other year.

We’ve been working with the Client Services Director for over 15 years so we are able to give you a deeper insight into the person behind the team as well as the short to mid-term vision for the agency.
Agency culture, we’d say a little quirky and lots of fun. As you walk around the agency its very team spirited with lots of banter. You get the sense that people enjoy themselves here.

Finally, and most importantly… NO MICRO MANAGEMENT! Not a sniff. They don’t believe it in. Therefore, you should big and bold enough to handle your game. Naturally there is support and as much as you need but they don’t want to be wiping your nose if you catch our drift.

Salary rnages from £45k-£55k depending on your experience within the AD role plus benefits.
