We are looking for a confident, pro-active and client facing hands-on Creative Lead to drive creativity across the expanding portfolio of a thriving, fast-paced digital creative agency in London. You will be responsible for the creative output across the studio and leading a team of talented Designers & Copywriters.

Working with high calibre, well known brands such as Google and Microsoft and delivering highly creative and effective social content for some of the world’s most recognisable brands including L’Oreal, Aviva, Sony, Walt Disney, Adidas plus many more.

You will have a minimum of seven years agency experience designing for a multitude of brands and have a portfolio that showcases your work. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple projects on a daily basis. Part conceptual, part design, and part leader, this is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to put your creative stamp on a growing team and help shape the department.

As well as being incredibly creative; you’ll have a head for organisation, and, ideally, the experience of managing a team of creatives.

We are seeking a candidate who is committed to creating beautiful, effective and engaging work. From conception to implementation, your leadership in content production, storytelling and project management across teams is essential. A conceptual thinker great at generating plenty of relevant creative ideas and bringing them to life. Ability to define and/or respond to a client’s tone of voice and pass that knowledge on to a team together with strong visual appreciation (photography, design, visual editing).

Understanding of different channels, with a particular passion for social media platforms - Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram has to be particularly strong. Up-to-date on social and cultural trends and fashion is also key.

It's important to also note that this is a Graphic Design/Advertising position and not a UX one.
