Senior Strategy Directors are invited to apply for a rarely available leadership role in a global brand consultancy

This is a global brand consultancy with clients and a culture that are second to none. The agency works with ambitious clients to develop brand strategy, experience, digital, internal brand engagement, game-changing design and innovation. Client sectors include Technology, Culture, Retail, Energy & Utilities, Media, and Non-profit.

Rare Selection placed the previous incumbent in this role. So we know exactly the kind of person our client is looking for.  

This is a genuinely exciting position for a Senior Strategy Director with a strong background as a brand consultancy expert to play a key role in this world class agency. Not only will you be a brilliant strategist yourself, able to solve the most complex brand challenges, but you'll be a proven leader, able to shape the direction of this consultancy in changing times.

You'll be responsible for winning and growing projects of £1m+, leading pitches, modelling behaviour and providing counsel to c-suite clients. Essential to success in this role is cut-through with clients - a proven ability as a strategic thinker to get to the core of a problem and provide transformational results.

You will already have a reputation in the branding industry and will have opportunities to build on this, representing the agency with thought leadership and media commentary.

Finally, you will be a key figure in shaping the agency's future development, so should be able to demonstrate a consistent track record in leadership roles.

Success in the role as a senior strategy director will open up a pathway to become a Client Principle and the opportunity to play an influential role on the global stage.
