The office has a growing team of passionate and talented digital specialists who are incredibly focussed on delivering stunning campaigns with a strong team ethic to work together, making London a vital location for clients needing UK support.

The Paid Search Manager will lead the UK Paid Search team with daily support from the US office. The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Manager who has experience of working with more junior team members, acting as a mentor and helping them acquiring new skills to progress their careers. On a day-to-day basis the Paid Search Manager can expect to be managing campaigns including tracking performance, supporting the daily communications within the team and with clients, pulling data and creating weekly reports for clients, working daily in platforms such as Adwords, Bing, Kenshoo, DoubleClick Search, as well as regular brainstorming and team meetings to ensure campaigns are running on time and in budget.

To qualify. You should be a Paid Search Manager / Paid Search Coordinator / Paid Search Strategist / PPC Manager with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Solid and extensive experience in a similar paid search role;
  • You are educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of SQL;
  • Good team leader, proven history of managing a team to advance their learning in the field of Paid Search;
  • Self-motivation with a passion for learning new tools and technology.
