Joining as a Head of Organic, you will be responsible for delivering successful SEO strategies across varied campaigns and clients. The Head of Organic will manage campaigns from start to finish. You will have responsibility to manage three SEO Analysts and the dynamic content and outreach team. The Head of Organic will have a close relationship with the Technical Director to deliver fantastic performance across the SEO strategy. The management of client relationship will play a key part in the success of the Head of Organic's role.
To qualify. Whether you are a Head of Organic/ Head of Search/ Head of Analytics/ Campaign Manager/ Head of SEO/ SEO Manager/ Search Manager/ Senior SEO Analyst or similar your CV will demonstrate:
- Experienced SEO campaign delivery;
- Proven SEO portfolio;
- Excellent communicator liaising with and coordinating between Client, Creative, SEO, Content and Paid Media Teams;
- A mindset that can deal with varied work and client culture;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven budget management work;
- Strong knowledge of SEO campaign work; technical, content & offsite;
- Great organisational skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be creative;
- Ambition to lead a team.
