Our client is a global B2B communications agency that work with some of the biggest global brands around, helping create compelling content and enhancing their communications both internally and when engaging with other businesses.
Whether this is through film/video streaming, digital channel or content, this global player has created numerous award winning solutions that have delivered proven results time after time.
Due to ongoing growth this agency is now seeking a dedicated Head of Sales / Business Development Director to take over the UK business development function from the Global Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Developer who has a background in corporate communications, employee branding and webcasting. Who has a proven track record when it comes to delivering results.
To be suitable for this role as Head of Sales / Business Development Director, it goes without saying that we are seeking someone who is engaging, self motivated and prepared to roll their sleeves up. This isn't an ivory tower role. You will be required to generate your own business either through the agencies existing relationships or via new targeted engagements.
You will ideally have experience managing a small team and not necessarily sales teams. As we are looking for someone who knows how to motivate.
Finally it will be vital that you have experience in either or all digital content, video, motion and film.

In return for your experience as a Head of Sales or Business Development Director our client offers a generous package consisting of a basic salary ranging between £70-80k plus bonus and benefits.
