We have been briefed on a brilliant Client Services Director role for a fast growing independent B2B customer engagement agency in Sydney.
They need a pedigree London agency background in a large Direct Marketing/CRM/Customer engagement agency where you will have held a senior client services role leading and inspiring a large team of GADs, ADs and Account Managers.
Ideally your career will have started in a Direct Marketing or Direct Response agency, you must be able to demonstrate the fundamental principles of direct communications as opposed to pureplay digital comms or ATL. More recently, this experience will have developed with the growth of online digital customer engagement communications.
You will understand the b2b sector and have proven experience working on a high profile tech account.. You must be able to demonstrate strong client service skills you are part Consultant, part Strategist with a very keen eye for a strong creative idea and well crafted beautiful work.
