Global association of investment professionals needs hybrid Web Manager to lead, review & develop all digital platforms.

Web Manager - Up to £40,000 - London

Over the last decade, they have defined the role of the business administrator and identified key skills that are essential for success in today's business environment.

This is a new role created to lead, develop and manage production of all digital platforms and websites. This is not a content based role. Must have technical knowledge of effective digital strategy and managing the development of digital enhancements to maximise opportunities for member engagement!

- Responsible for websites delivery, including implementing work flows
- Scope and deliver dynamic content functionality to improve efficiency of communicating multiple messages on Sitecore website
- Oversee design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites
- Upload content and ensure metadata, tagging and taxonomy are consistent across platforms.
- Provide digital analytics to ensure proper evaluation of work and constant improvement, ongoing optimisation of tracking and implementing changes (through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Site Improve etc).
- SEO specialist bring an analytical approach to tackle technical challenges
-Lead regular reviews of websites and set a roadmap for their development to ensure we are (where possible) mobile responsive, browser testing and device checking.
- Liaise with external website providers on the support and development of the website, including changes to templates, reporting, technical processes, database and content editing software as well as troubleshooting and bug fixing.


Your aim is to lead a forward-thinking approach to creating an effective digital strategy and managing the development of digital enhancements to maximise opportunities for member engagement. Understanding the hotspots and sticky points in our digital roadmap as well as ensuring the back-end systems are running effectively.

You must have:
5+ Years experience professional web management experience
Skilled Sitcore
User Experience
Process Experience
Project Management
End-to-end web development project, time and budget management
Passionate about using of data to get to the bottom of client requirements and opportunities.

You must have strong project management skills, wide range of knowledge in digital disciplines including: identifying and targeting audiences, digital product management, user design experience and content strategy.
