Project Coordinator (Marketing)
We are working with a rapidly growing London based start-up who are expanding their team to bring on board a Project Coordinator to join their team.
This role will sit within the creative marketing team and will play a crucial role in the organisation and delivery of the creative resource and marketing work flow. Working closely with the CMO, you will oversee all creative briefs, ensuring they are within budget, correct and on-brand.
You will work closely with the operations team to ensure all events runs smoothly, along with supporting the programming team with all ongoing projects and initiatives from brief all the way through to execution. You will have a decent understanding of marketing, and will be happy to muck in and get involved across the board. This includes updating copy on the website, supporting the Editor with the delivery of content for the monthly newsletter and assisting the CMO in copy-editing tasks where needed.
You will have experience with managing marketing projects, creative resource and will thrive off holding the overall team accountable for their work, chasing and reinforcing deadlines where necessary.
You will be the king or queen of organisation and have a solid forecasting mentality leading to successful completion of events and projects. You will be tech savvy and enjoy finding new ways to improve processes internally.
