My client is establioshed health Charity, devoted to providing high quality care to young people. Based in London my client is seeking an established Digital Marketing Manager to lead on digital marketing campaigns across channels & website management.
The key responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Manager based in London are: Act as Digital lead for integrated marketing & communications programmes and initiatives.
Working in collaboration with the Content producers, marketing assistants and other stakeholders
Lead on email communication for monthly emails, creation, delivery and insights.
Lead on Social Media strategy with support from the content producers.
Support the content producers with website updates and landing page creation
Support in the development, implementation and evaluation of SEO, including Google Ad Grant campaigns in house and through agencies.
Support with Google Analytics and other tools to measure, analyse and report on the digital impact of campaigns.
The successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:Experience in digital communications and marketing, in a similar role, ideally within the charity sector.
Demonstrable experience of leading the development and delivery of integrated campaigns and innovative communication strategies using digital marketing channels.
Demonstrable experience in the use of social media for professional use, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and social media management tools.
Experience of developing a content strategy.
Demonstrable experience in website management and use of CMS (preferably Wordpress)
Demonstrable experience in managing email marketing campaigns and use of email marketing software.
Demonstrable experience in cross departmental working and stakeholder management.
Ability to plan well, work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and cope with pressure at times and work on own initiative
Able to juggle hands on delivery and reviewing work of others.
Strong written communications skills, with demonstrable experience of writing content for digital channels and reviewing content drafted by others.
Keen attention to detail.
Good analytical skills, including Google Analytics. Highly numerate with good data analysis/ insight skills and experience preparing reports to build understanding of user behaviour.
Demonstrable previous success with SEO/PPC and setting up /developing Google/Facebook Ads
A proactive, flexible and friendly manner, with an ability to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with internal colleagues and external partners, as well as good team working skills.
Willingness to travel on occasion
The is a permanent role based in London paying up to £39,000 per annum + additional benefits. My client is from the Not for Profit and Charities sector, experience here would be advantageous but not essential.
