Account Director x 3 Roles

We have 3 very good Account Director level roles on at the moment. All 3 roles are at this leading creative agency, working within their retail agency arm. The agency is having another brilliant year, all clients are growing and they are investing heavily in their client servicing teams. 

The are looking to bring on board 3 Account Director level candidates. We are looking for an Account Director with a minimum of 1 years experience working as an Account Director, in a well respected retail / activation agency. The successful Account Director will have a proven track record of running a range projects at one time, managing small teams, and you'll have solid integrated BTL, shopper, retail and activation experience. 

At this agency the Account Director is paid £50k, with excellent benefits. 

The Account Director will be someone who understands client business, and you'll have excellent retail experience. The Account Director role will report into a Senior Account Director and you'll be supported by an Account Manager. 

As mentioned, there are 3 Account Director level roles. They agency firstly needs 2 Account Director level candidates to work on a global piece of business. This is a huge, well recognised, top 10 brand. They have thousands of retail outlets globally, and the agency manages everything from ATL, to film, social, digital and retail for this brand. The Account Director (s) will work across a wide range of projects for this brand, creating global retail toolkits, in-store strategy, promotional work, film and content, digital and promotional led work. The Account Director (s) will work on a mix of traditional shopper comms / activation and innovation briefs for this brand.

It's a global piece of business, and the Account Director (s) will also have the opportunity to work with local markets to activate the work.

There are 2 roles on this particular brand.

The other Account Director role is working across 2 very different clients. The Account Director's time will be split 50:50 across both brands. The first brand is an FMCG giant, and the 2nd is an electronic consumer good brands. The Account Director will work across a mixture of shopper comms, activation and sampling briefs. We are looking for an Account Director who can also help grow these 2 pieces of business. Again this Account Director reports into a Senior Account Director.
