Major Players are working with an industry leading, fully integrated agency, who are searching for a hands on Resource Manager as they grow their already successful team. The Resource Manager will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of project delivery, workflow and resource allocation.
What is the role?
This position is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of channels and media in a multi faceted role, alongside creative and production teams. As a Resource Manager you'll manage the day-to-day workflow of creative teams giving you full overview of the creative department, briefs and deadlines. This is a hybrid role as project management skills will be needed to oversee the end to end lifecycle of integrated, creative campaign assets. Utilising your experience you'll learn and grow as you help drive creative ideation and further expand visibility and awareness of clients.
What do you need?
* The ideal candidate will have 2 -3 years experience with either a creative agency or in house studio working on creative campaigns.
* Strong experience as a Traffic/ Resource Manager or a Project Manger.
* Experience in working with creatives and excellent organisational and communication.
* You'll be very organised and used to working in a fast paced, collaborative atmosphere as well being proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
