Fabulous martech start-up need a new Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in London!

Customer Success Manager - Up to £35,000 - London

THE COMPANY
The company provide a Customer Advocacy Marketing platform, helping brands and retailers sell more by turning their customers into advocates using advanced automation and machine learning. They are a small but fast growing team in Central London, providing a flexible, fun, hard-working culture. Could you be the next addition to their customer success team?

THE ROLE
This will be a varied role with Customer Success as a focus. You will:
- Manage entire onboarding process for new clients
- Ensure every brand partner is using the software successfully, providing training where necessary
- Work with the development team to provide technical support
- Report on product performance and build upon pre-existing best practice
- Maintain client relationships

YOU
To be considered for the role you MUST HAVE:
- Account management or customer success experience
- Ideally, SaaS based project management experience
- A passion for technology!
