The Senior Client Director will have the opportunity to manage internationally respected clients and work with consumer electronics companies, and have the opportunity to work with clients ranging from fashion retailers, leading technology and entertainment companies.

Experience required

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience working for a brand / design agency. Retail experience is a pre req
  • Experience working as a Client Director / Senior Client Director / Group Account Director / Business Director in a retail / shopper experience agency
  • Experience leading and managing strategically led global retail projects, both individually and leading a team
  • Extensive experience working with global consumer electronics / mobile or automotive clients
  • Have a strong understanding of brand and design
  • Experience leading and delivering global retail strategy and communications projects/campaigns across retail concepts, digital experiential, events, branding and campaign development
  • Strong account management experience and have the ability to develop long term relationships
  • Proven track record growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients
  • Commercially focused and used to working both independently and collaboratively

The job

  • Managing and leading key accounts in the business, initially consumer electronics
  • Offer strategic input on all projects
  • Leading a client services team of up to 6 direct reports, mentoring and developing the team
  • Generating revenue through developing relationships and networking with existing clients
  • Developing relationships with clients and building trust and in turn develop opportunities
  • Be adaptable and get excited about new challenges and work
  • Enjoy working with the ambiguous
