Account Director – the role
As a Account Director you’ll work strategically to support clients in building and evolving their brands, solving business problems through the power of design. You’ll have an agile mind, be a proactive self-starter, have loads of gravitas, and delight clients by bringing amazing options to the table. You’ll be comfortable in delivering insight and facilitating conversations to unearth new and exciting opportunities.
Building good relationships is the cornerstone of any successful AD, so it is important you can support your clients in achieving their brand goals, whilst making sure business is profitable. You’ll therefore be commercially savvy and have a wealth of experience in delivering revenue and new business targets across your client portfolio.
With a passion for all things creative, you’ll have worked previously in a strategic agency across a range of FMCG and branding clients as part of a global portfolio.

You’ll have strong financial management and commercial acumen
You’ll ideally already be working at a Account Director level, or have at least 3 years’ experience as a senior account manager and ready for the move up.
With a passion for design and the ability to develop effective brands, the ideal candidate will be from a strategic agency and have worked with a range of FMCG clients
