Senior Client Manager / Junior Account Director - strategic branding & brand comms

The agency is around 7 years’ old, 22 people strong, organised but still entrepreneurial, with a collaborative and intelligent creative approach. The team work with some well-known names to help develop cohesive brand strategy and brand communications. Several members of the team are from large named agencies and have an excellent undertstanding of best practice.
The approach is not arrogant or over-theoretical. The team have tried to avoid the trap of over-complicating brand strategy, keeping a strong and defined brand message, however complex the issue. The creative team work hand-in-hand with the strategic team to produce some outstanding work.

Senior Client Manager / Junior Account Director - profile
The senior client manager / junior account director will have at 5+ years’ experience across both branding and within a broader multi-disciplinary design and communications agency. Someone who gets brand and knows how to scope and deliver it, but understands how to deliver different project types (e.g. identity, corporate communications, internal communications, campaign work etc.)
Experienced at delivering campaigns across different channels (so print and digital – banner ads, HTML 5 animated ads etc.)
The senior account manager / junior account director will have experience in managing and developing client accounts including development and execution of marketing communication collateral across a broad range of brand touch points
Primarily B2B focused, public sector, education, professional and financial services experience helpful
Full understanding of every step of the creative process
Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, and, ideally, Keynote/PowerPoint
