Account Director - Healthcare
Account Director opening at a well established healthcare agency based in Central / West London, to work on a brand new and global account win.
Reporting into the Business Director and managing a team of four to deliver strategic and creative solutions for this giant in the healthcare world including an exciting brand relaunch and new creative platform, sold in during the pitch. This is a chance to be part of an exciting journey from the very outset.
We are looking for a self-starter who is an ambitious and hungry individual with traditional healthcare experience who wants to build their career, rise up the ranks and help shape a very high profile account - dealing with senior agency and client personnel.
There will be international travel to Europe required.

A bit more about the role as Account Director.....
The Account Director comes into work each day as the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency with client. They love to service the client – find out how they can become part of the clients extended team. This starts with picking up the phone for a chat, to contributing to creative briefs and outputs, to leading meetings and making sure all the touchpoints are in place for the best engagement.
The Account Director sets examples within their team and the wider agency for what excellent client service is. They are commercial and understand that the client’s business is foremost, and they are the experts on what is planned, being done and what is coming up.
They keep everything moving proactively and enjoy working in a busy, challenging but rewarding environment.

and deadline, they have a passion for creative work, are a confident communicator, able to lead meetings and always ensure the delivery of ‘great stuff’
Through strong client relationships the Account Director creates an environment where the best work can flourish, ensuring clear and timely briefings from the client and the right resources from inside the agency
• Possesses a thorough understanding of client brand, the market environment and marketing strategy
• Creates a supportive environment for direct reports, troubleshooting when they are unable to resolve issues, coaching and mentoring, giving enough room to grow, but enough guidance and support so they don’t flounder
• Understands the perspectives and concerns of the different departments and experts in the building and know how to reconcile these views
