Integrated agency with a start up mentality is seeking a solid mid-weight strategist who has the flexibility to work across different clients and ways of working (from rigorous process led planning to creative shoot from the hip.) In this role you could be doing anything from creating cool global activations to rolling out a new brand platform across different markets on a fascinating yet highly complex business. An ideal role for someone who enjoys the discovering and unlocking potential for award-winning creative work.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy/planning, ideally within an integrated or digital agency
- Ability to understand complex challenges, and distil them into concise and compelling propositions
- A track record of finding inspiring angles and springboards.
- Curious about human behaviour, brands, society and culture
- Hungry to develop bold creative work
- A broad comms mix, brand is key, but also Integrated comms, particularly digital and social - not just ATL.
