Senior Account Manager - 12 month contract, retail and shopper / in-store activity

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Account Manager. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to start within the next 2 - 3 weeks and this role is a 12 month maternity cover role.

The Senior Account Manager will report into an Account Director and work closely with the Group Account Director. You'll have a team of Account Managers and Account Executives reporting into you. 

The Senior Account Manager needs a level head on their shoulders, you'll be smart, engaging and someone who can lead clients. 

The client is a global giant and the agency is the Retail agency, delivering the retail experience for nearly 4 million customers every day. The Senior Account Manager will help lead a lot of the retail and in-store work for this brand. 

The Senior Account Manager will have incredibly varied opportunities at this agency, and you and your team will be seen as an extension of the brand's Marketing Team, working in an integrated fashion with the other partner agencies. This agency provides all BTL marketing activation including digital, partnerships and direct. The Senior Account Manager will help lead the retail activation work. 

The Retail Experience Team is fast-paced, energetic, and every day is fun and different. The Senior Account Manager coming in needs to have some energy and drive. The agency makes all of the retail work, creating a seamless customer journey. So, every time you visit this brand, you will see ads that are made by this business – you will get to work on the creative and delivery of these assets.

This Senior Account Manager role is to inspire, motivate and lead the direction of campaigns as it moves into 2020 and beyond.  This role will work closely with planning and creative to help shape the strategic direction of as many as 2 or 3 campaigns in any given month. The Senior Account Manager will be heavily involved in a lot of campaigns, from start to finish. The Senior Account Manager will create assets that work across all brand touch points, including digital and social, and the brand's app. 

The Senior Account Manager will be the key client contact on projects / campaigns that run throughout the year.  We are looking for an Senior Account Manager who is a natural team leader, managing a team of 5 and will also be responsible for providing leadership to the cross functional working group including: strategy, creative, project management, and the artwork department.

The Senior Account Manager must be a team player, a natural leader, someone who has a view point on creative work too, and you'll have a can do attitude. 

The Senior Account Manager will play an instrumental role within this team, and you'll have a fantastic personality.
