My client is a mid-sized content marketing agency that works with some of the world’s largest tech brands. The agency specialises in digital, technology, B2B and other stuff that’s hard to get your head around. They have a great vibe that is collaborative and innovative and the work they produce is incredibly varied and creatively challenging from full brand strategy and development to content campaigns to digital design and build to video and marketing campaigns.
They are now looking for a new Account Manager to join their team and help them continue to win awards.
Working within the client services team the role of the Account Manager will be to build strong client relationships, managing their expectations through the lifecycle of a project, and advising them on how to make the best content marketing choices. The Account Manager will be able to take a strategic brief and turn it into clear instructions for the creative department, managing it from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered on time and in budget.
As such to be the right Account Manager you’ll have experience gained working within an agency or inhouse, managing a variety of content marketing projects, including branding, digital and video. While experience with tech clients isn’t a prerequisite, having some B2B marketing experience is essential.
In terms of personality, you’ll have a positive energetic attitude and a real hunger to learn.
