Reputable British fashion retailer is looking for an experienced print production/account manager with at least 8+ years of studio experience with a lifestyle retail background. This is an interesting and varied production role, where you will oversee the print production team, taking further responsibility for overseeing and managing a smooth supply chain on a variety of projects. You will have a pivotal role in fully managing the process from start to finish. You will be accountable for all print production (in-house) and an approver of all external print production projects and must therefore ensure that all work meets the high standards and represent the brand. Key responsibilities:

• Execute all briefs to a high standard and in-fitting with the brand identity

• Ensure all project work follows the studio process

• Forge close links with key stake holders to scope briefs internally and schedule

resource from external suppliers and ensure projects are produced to correct specification

and schedule

• Oversee the print, merchandise and other production items across the organisation

• Work closely with the Head of Graphics and Head of VM in the production of large and

small format print across consumables, POS, Direct Mail, Lightboxes, Window Schemes,

hoardings and Advertising, ensuring the brand consistently achieves cost effective buying

through their nominated supplier roster

• Responsible for cross quoting production campaigns in the market place

• Visit applicable trade shows to ensure the brand is at the forefront of new innovations in

print production and visiting suppliers as required

• Responsible for raising and processing purchase order numbers when required

• Mentor and coach the Print Production Coordinator

• Managing the supply chain from ‘file supply to printer’ to ‘delivery of finished product’

• Manage budget and costs

• Taking overall responsibility for the management of key print/finishing related issues

• Responsibility for finishing, including samples for internal approval and logistical planning

of delivery of components

• Setting up and chairing production meetings
