Excellent opportunity to work for an ambitious and fast growing boutique digital agency based in Shoreditch.


Our clients are from a range of sectors including, Fashion, Food & Drinks, Experiential/Events and FinTech. Working across household name brands, heritage brands and start-ups we're looking for someone to support the Social and Paid Media Manager in delivering our client's paid social, PPC & programmatic campaigns

This role is offers exposure to all elements of these marketing channels and there is the opportunity to support in strategy development, pitches and client relationships. The role is perfect for someone who feels siloed in their current role and wants more freedom and exposure to digital marketing as part of an ambitious and dynamic team.

About you:

+ 6+ months experience ideally managing paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns
+ Experience in PPC and programmatic a bonus
+ Comfortable with creating, managing and optimising paid social campaigns according to the best practice
+ Genuine passion for the industry and where it is heading
+ Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
+ First-class analytical skills
+ Accuracy and extremely high attention to detail

Junior Paid Social Account Executive Essential Skills:

+ Proven experience in supporting social campaign and optimisations
+ ROI focused and results driven
+ Passion for analysing, reporting on, and acting on data
+ Understanding of the basics of running Facebook & Instagram campaigns such as audience setup, creative setup, ongoing optimisations, budgets management, reporting, tracking, etc.
+ Knowledge of specific digital marketing terminology and acronyms , CPC, CPM, CTR, CRO, etc.
+ Ability to analyse and structure data sets, excellent numerical skills, confident MS Excel user (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
+ Good knowledge of online analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and understanding of onsite performance metrics
+ Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to efficiency manage workload and priorities
+ Being proactive in investigating client and supply side campaign issues and sourcing the best-practise resolutions
+ Ability to work with a variety of digital professionals in order to effectively implement and track campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

+ Setting up and managing Facebook & Instagram campaigns for success, providing insight reporting and analysis
+ reporting back to Paid Social Manager on performance and provide recommended next steps
+ Ensuring efficient and accurate execution, maximum value, and ROI for our clients
+ Testing new strategies, optimisation methodologies and opportunities to innovate and grow connected ecosystems for our clients
