What will you be doing?
Your primary role within the HSBC team will be to lead our network co-ordination efforts, so organisation is key as you will be dealing with your AM counterparts in multiple markets, and keeping track of a huge number of projects globally
You will also work on other global projects, so a strategic brain is key. We tend to give people responsibility early on HSBC, so you will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to think proactively, and make things happen off your own back.
Who are you?
- You will have good creative judgement – together with the ECD you will be responsible for reviewing local market work and feeding back to local creative teams. Good communication skills are crucial as you will be dealing with people for whom English may not be their first language.
- You will be a fast learner – HSBC is a beast to get one’s head around. Ideally we’re looking for someone with previous experience as Account Manager – so you know your way around an agency, the departments and who to speak to get things done etc.
- Lastly we want you to be truly interested in creative and passionate about what you do. We’re a fun team because we care about our Clients and our work. We are a diverse Global team so people with different backgrounds are actively encouraged.
- This role would suit someone looking to gain big-brand experience in a big agency. It’s a role you can truly make their own, and would look great on any CV.
