What you'll be doing?
We are looking for an Analyst with an appetite to learn and a passion for showing how analytics can help understand customer behaviour and generate data inspired marketing strategies. Data is at the heart of this role and you will be able to source and access data directly from our clients to build out impactful analytical solutions.
You'll be based in one of embedded client teams, working closely with their marketing, customer and internal data teams.
In addition you will:
- Support in the development of predictive models to support marketing effectiveness and to enhance the clients understanding of their customers
- Produce and enhance reporting dashboards, ensuring measurement is aligned to the strategic goals and objectives of the campaign
- Deep dive into customer and CRM data as needed to uncover actionable insights for our clients
- Ensure the reputation of the team is upheld by providing QC of your own and colleagues work to ensure that all analytics is accurate and timely
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and pro-actively identifying opportunities to apply your and Wunderman’s expertise to solve the client’s problems
- Respond and react to any ad-hoc analytical and data requests ensuring that analytical approach is robust and relevant
- Responsible for making your insight actionable; explaining complex analytics to non- technical audiences and making clear recommendations on how to use your insights
Who are you?
It goes without saying that you'll need excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of relating data and analytics to real business problems. Some experience in data visualisation/dash-boarding software e.g. Power BI/Tableau would be beneficial. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills; making the complex simple for internal and external stakeholders. It would be advantageous to have some experience of R or Adobe Analytics (but this isn't a must).
