We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Insight Manager to join the Proposition team for one of Europe's fastest growing independent companies.
You will be instrumental in creating the best product and service for the ever growing customer base.
- Strong experience with primary & secondary quantitative, and qualitative research
- Responsible for understanding the consumer (both existing and potential)
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and data-hungry environment
- Ability to manage high-quality research projects end-to-end and translate research into strategic insights
- Experience managing ad-hoc projects and supporting growth focussed proposition development testing
- Experience leading customer research, community management and analysis
- Experience of in house research tools and methodologies (including online sources, surveys, interviews)
- You’ll have worked in a range of roles previously and have experience in a combination of innovation, brand & growth and user experience
- Ideally you will have a mix of agency and client side experience
