This popular restaurant chain with over 900 outlets in the UK & Ireland is recruiting for a talented Brand Manager ideally from Blue Chip business or Retail. This position requires a real passion for genuine brand strategy and strong commercial acumen. You will need a growth mindset that allows the brand to disrupt category conventions.
- Full marketing mix, you’ll have the opportunity to work with significant exposure, below and above-the-line, managing creative and media agency partners and influencing stake-holders across the board. From TV to POS
- Be the strategic and commercial owner to deliver a marketing strategy that super-charges our retail footfall to stores
- Lead a cross functional team across product development, commercial finance and store operations to deliver the brand strategy.
- Build strong relationships with our Executive Management Team and Franchise owners to implement the brand strategy.
- Identify the opportunities to grow revenue by driving relevance and distinctiveness to increase the penetration of the brand within the UK & Ireland market through a pipeline of core activations, limited time offers and value plays.
- Test & learn mindset with a willingness to adopt best practice from around the world.
- You will have a remit to modernise the brand through building a magnetic brand world in our advertising and communications and to take a transformative approach to media to further grow brand value perceptions.
