Specialist agency based in Cheshire are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join their team. This agency also has offices in Manchester city centre, so the option to work a couple of days a week in Manchester is a possibility too.

The Senior Motion Designer will lead multiple motion and 2D & 3D projects at any given time. Working closely with other like minded creative teams, you will create visually innovative and creatively inspired work for a broad range of audiences within this specialist sector.

You will be involved in the entire process, including initial concepts, asset creation, storyboarding, animation, rendering and compositing in post-production. You will need to be highly innovative and have great attention to detail. Keys skills within motion software are required with strong focus on Cinema 4D, Aftereffects, Photoshop & Illustrator. A good working knowledge of 3D Max and Maya.

Duties will involve supporting with the management of the team and overall running of motion and 3D projects, with the added opportunity to take on direct line reports and be involved with sourcing and managing freelancers. You will also be involved with budgeting, training & supporting creative teams and making sure projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and to budget.

Previous man management experience is preferred for this role, as is a strong track record of leading multiple projects and making sure they adhere to timelines, budgets and client brief.
