The Account Director role

The role is for an experienced Account Director who enjoys having autonomy in a supportive environment.

The Account Director will be handling a terrific UK based retail account.  The agency is the creative and strategic lead and is responsible for developing their brand and marketing strategies and comms, acting as their brand guardians and devising and rolling out both above the line and below the line campaigns.  There are some good chunky projects for the Account Director to get their teeth into.  

This is a client with a big budget and well-known reputation that is behaving like a challenger brand in a competitive sector; jockeying for position and elbowing its competitors out of the way.

The Account Director will leading the charge on the account and will help put the client onto a stronger footing as it fights to get its mojo back. 

This is a great opportunity for the Account Director to help this prestigious retail account reclaim its market-leading status amongst lesser-known rivals but it needs an Account Director with the drive, enthusiasm, intelligence and creative thinking to help them do it. 

The Account Director will be reporting into the agency Partners and will lead a fantastic agency team.  Employing all the marketing touchpoints, the client is about to launch a big new above the line campaign to include TV and spin off into digital and social media.

This is an opportunity for the Account Director to strut their stuff and show what they are made of.  The agency is good at career progression and is quick to spot and promote talent.
