We have an exciting new opportunity on with a British sporting institution looking for a hands-on Studio Manager to play a key role within their in-house team.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT.

We’re looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills and an in-depth understanding of the design and production process to support the Creative Lead and wider team in delivering creative output to the highest standards.  You will be responsible for the day to day management of all creative briefs, resource allocation, planning and production.  We would also need this person to have confident and competent artworking skills as there will be times when they are more involved in some of the creative executions.

This person will be first point of contact for all creative requirements and will be confident allocating resource effectively, developing workflow processes and co-ordinating all projects.  There will also be a strong element of brand guardianship, ensuring that all work meets the requirements of brand guidelines and checking output against this.

Our ideal candidate:

Will need proven experience leading and co-ordinating creative resource in an agency or in-house environment.

Will be equipped with outstanding organisational, communication and time management skills.

Is familiar working with established brand guidelines and checking work against this.

Has faultless skills in Creative Suite for creating faultless artwork when required.

Is confident working with budgets, advising on job costings and negotiating with suppliers.

Will need to be a strong communicator, adept at managing and facilitating expectations in a diplomatic but firm way.
