Great opportunity for a CRO to join the senior management team of a growing and award-winning IGaming company.

You'll will develop, lead and manage the b2b commercial activities and help implement an innovative growth commercial strategy both in UK and internationally.

The Company:

The Role:

Critical, exciting new role. The CRO will oversee and develop the sales pipelines, driving revenues from new markets and existing markets as well as helping to diversify within these markets. You will utilise your prior gaming experience to help scope out these new commercial opportunities and any regulatory/certification challenges that may occur.

You'll also be accountable for the b2b marketing function ensuring a strong presence at all trade shows/events and ensure all marketing collateral and customer touchpoints are of the highest quality.

Typical duties:

  • Work with CEO and Exec Team on overall strategy with regards to entry into new jurisdictions
  • Help define key USPs of offering v. competitors
  • Originate, manage and own sales pipeline between yourself and your team
  • Ensure smooth set up of onboarding
  • Own b2b marketing function

About You:

I'm looking for a CRO/Commercial Director who's has at least 7 years experience in the online gaming industry with a focus on B2B technology sales or business development. You would have had exposure to international markets and been experienced in growing a commercial business particularly within the European market. You'll be a strong line manager - able to work with a variety of stakeholders. You'll have good technical aptitude, able to understand business and customer experience and consequences of any tech decisions. You'll be able to build strong and profitable client relationships.
