Head of Creative
I am working with a market leading, globally recognised family run nutraceutical company based in North West London who are looking for a talented Head of Creative to work in conjunction with the directors of the business, elevating the creative output and helping to achieve company objectives across multiple sub brands. My client is the leader in their sector are keen to have someone on board that is always looking for ways to utilise new technologies and help them remain at the forefront of their sector.
This position is newly created due to expansion of the creative team and will involve building a trusting relationship with owners and directors and becoming a brand advisor as well as guardian. You will oversee a team of 10 designers across the print and digital content teams, bringing new ideas to the table and ensuring brand excellence in execution.
A large part of this role is understanding the business, it's audience and how the owners want to steer the brand. Experience refining brand messaging, developing guidelines and establishing good studio process is key. The company operate multiple sub brands so, as the new Head of Creative, you need to be comfortable adjusting messaging and tonality of work for a variety of audiences.
