Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director to join this fully integrated well known creative agency, based in Central London.

My client is an award winning integrated creative agency with an enviable list of well-known global clients. They work the full 360 mix on everything from BTL, POS, content, email, social, web and packaging. They are constantly striving to be better as an agency, ensuring they are competitive and efficient, in the ever-evolving advertising landscape, whilst remaining collaborative and continuing to develop their staff. As a result of growth, a new role for either a Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director has arisen.

The role of Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director will sit within the new business and marketing team and play a crucial role in elevating the agencies presence within the industry. The role will work closely with the MD and Engagement Director, supporting all new business activity and pitches, as well as being responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and activities of the agency. Being a new role it’s an exciting opportunity for someone to take the marketing reigns and help the agency continue to grow and win new clients.

As such to be the right Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director you’ll have extensive experience of working in either an advertising, media, marketing, design or creative agency in a marketing capacity. You’ll have experience of running the marketing function of an agency and have successfully helped your new business colleagues win new accounts and raise the agencies profile.  

In terms of personality the right person will be naturally curious and solutions driven, constantly asking themselves is there a better way. They’ll be a people person, who remains calm under pressurised situations, all while being able to influence at all levels.
