About the role

Over the last 20 years Kindred Group has brought together 11 of Europe’s most successful online gambling brands – forming one of the largest online gambling companies in the world. The Audience Management Team Lead will devise, implement and manage the right audience creation, targeting and measurement strategy from an operational and technical perspective.

What you will be doing?

  • Streamline the groups' audience segmentation process for the marketing teams to effectively target the right users at the right time with a relevant message
  • Guide the group with the implementation for right technology for audience creation, management and activation
  • Execute on & manage the roll-out of the DMP from a Tech perspective - Helping to develop a global strategy to on board 1st and 3rd party data including all necessary technology
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy that will drive audience growth at our web and social channels
  • Lead, deliver and evolve digital audience data, measurement and analytics for the entire group
  • Ensure Kindred has leading-edge audience measurement and analytics capabilities that demonstrably influence decision making
  • Attract, lead and develop a team of world class digital audience analysts
  • Collaborate with the wider analytics and data science team on new Audience discovery and implementation

What you will need?

  • Excellent knowledge of technical implementation and functioning of DMPs and CDPs.
  • A demonstrable background in leading teams that build audiences in content-based businesses
  • Good understanding of data and analytics and how to derive actionable insight
  • An effective leader, strong team player and natural collaborator
  • Has a sophisticated understanding of methodologies for new audience discovery / audience expansion for marketing
