We're embedded within the office to get to the core of the The agency specialise in delivering PR for good! Their mission is clear: to create a powerful integrated communications agency for the world's most important causes. They help the good guys achieve great things, whether they are charities, political campaigns or commercial organisations.

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to assist our Labs team in delivering their work.
The role is a hybrid of digital strategy, project management and account management. The balance of this role will be approximately 40% project management, 40% client-facing account management, and 20% strategic planning.
You will work directly with our roster of clients (and potential clients) to help create bespoke digital solutions that achieve their objectives.
The role will see you responsible for planning and managing internal resources, budgets and project timelines.
Writing proposals and budget creation (in response to brief) for website and app based projects.
One of the primary focus points of this role will managing the launch of a brand new campaigning platform
You will play a key role in the further evolution of the platform
You'll be taking the lead with client engagement to define new user cases and future features.
You will be supporting a Head of Design and other senior staff to manage the Labs team of two python developers, and one Drupal developer (alongside external Drupal resource).

You will need to be a lover of task lists, time management, and budgets, but also comfortable thinking big and creating conceptual solutions to client challenges.
You will have some experience in user journey analysis and development of digital solutions.
We're looking for a smart self-starter who can think on their feet and juggle multiple projects and client requests.
You will be innately interested in how digital solutions can play a part in the wider communications spectrum.
You will have demonstrable experience where you have managed the implementation of a digital solution that met a business or communications objective.
We're looking for someone who thrives on working across a number of different projects and in an agile manner - someone happy to work on causes but equally comfortable pushing brands and products.
Someone happy to work on ongoing clients; projects and new pitches.
Some experience in a client-facing role for technology or communications projects
Digital project management skills (SCRUM or Agile certification a bonus)
Experience preparing and presenting proposals
Experience in client and resource management
Very high standard of written and spoken English
Experience with content management systems especially Drupal
Broad understanding of the integrated communications landscape
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
