Creative Senior B2B Copywriter for CBC in Denmark
Copenhagen-based Cross-Border Communications is looking for an experienced Native English-speaking Copywriter who knows how to create engaging, customer-centric concepts and content.

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Cross-Border Communications is specialised in brand and marketing communications for international B2B marketers. CBC’s strength lies in developing award-winning, universal concepts that connect B2B brands to their customers and the wider world, moving brands forward – efficiently and effectively. The agency services clients in the engineering, marine, high-tech and process industries including companies like Caterpillar, MAN Energy Solutions, GEA, Brüel & Kjær, Novo Nordisk.
As a copywriter at CBC, you will advise clients on how to engage their B2B target groups and will turn complex messages into clear and compelling copy. You will be responsible for bringing strategic key messages to life through content across a broad range of online and offline channels. You will need to bring your empathy and interest in your target audiences into play when developing and conveying clear value propositions. The role is a full-time position based in our Copenhagen office and is ready to be filled immediately.
You will be responsible for:
- Transforming complex strategic B2B messages into creative copy concepts
- Creating on-brand and on-message copy content for cross-platform campaigns
- Preparing and presenting your customer-centric copy concepts to our clients
- Collaborating with the creative team to optimise campaign performance
- Consulting customers on how best to use content for highest impact
The ideal candidate for the position understands and takes great interest in the inherent complexities of the B2B market. You have a knack for condensing complex matters into effective communication, and you possess a commercial mindset. You are passionate and motivated, and work efficiently whether alone or in teams. You are always updated on the newest trends and technologies within your field, and you are well versed in digital channels relevant to B2B communication.
The position also requires that you:
- Have native-English level writing skills
- Have 5+ years of experience as a copywriter for B2B-clients and industries
- Have experience with B2B brand and marketing communications
- Can create compelling B2B copy across channels, deliverables and industries
- Possess excellent and compelling storytelling skills, with strong editing and proofing competencies
- Have an eye for detail and structure, are action-oriented, and take pride in delivering your work within scope and deadlines
