Zulufish is an award-winning architectural design and build practice and interior design consultancy, working primarily within the residential market. Based in West London, we offer a complete concept to completion service, specialising in transforming London properties into exceptional homes. Our philosophy is simple. Maximise the potential of the property within the client's budget, whether that be a simple refurbishment, structural renovation or high-end fit out.

We typically run 8-10 construction projects at any one time, ranging in budget from 100k to 2m, and around 20 design projects at any one time. Our target market are HNW individuals owning properties over 1.5m, and industry partners such as property finders who could introduce and recommend us to new clients.

About HUX

HUX is a market-leading joinery specialist that creates bespoke cabinetry, furniture and kitchens. We have our own workshop in SW London and have been making our own joinery for over 5 years, however HUX itself is just over a year old. Previously we supplied our joinery under the Zulufish banner, but launched the new brand so we could work for similar companies to Zulufish without any conflict of interest.

Our target market for HUX is more business to business, we want to forge strong relationships with interior designers, developers, contractors and other Design and Build companies who can give us a steady flow of large joinery packages.

Job Description

To manage, develop and implement the marketing activities for both businesses, both online and offline. The successful candidate will shape and lead the marketing strategy across all suitable channels, the primary purpose being to generate new customer leads while increasing engagement through new and existing channels.

*Develop a targeted costed marketing plan for each business
*Identify the most appropriate media channels and campaigns to engage specific target audiences
*Create, develop and implement the effective delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns (including digital)
*Content creation for, and management of, the websites/digital channels/social media & e-shots
*Support the sales teams with consistent and high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns
*Improve SEO and citations across all websites to improve Natural Search results
*Design, manage and implement Adwords and digital ad campaigns
*Work within agreed marketing spend and budgets to maximise ROI
*Effectively monitor, measure and report against marketing activity to ensure return on investment, with a proactive approach to delivering continual improvement
*Ensure correct and accurate reporting of all activities using the right context for comparison and improvement purposes
*Build effective relationships internally and with external stakeholders and agencies
*Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritise workload and be flexible to changing project requirements
*Ensure a clear and engaging brand voice is carried through all marketing materials
*Floorwalk Design Exhibitions and identify marketing opportunities
*Manage Customer reviews process to ensure steady flow of new online reviews, repost these through selected SM channels
*Identify and implement targeted sponsorship opportunities

Experience required
You will be able to demonstrate complete comfort with content marketing - you'll know what good content looks like for our target audiences - and understand how to accurately measure engagement and results.

*Excellent copy writing skills and attention to detail
*Excellent planning and organisation skills
*Proven experience of media buying and budget management
*A thorough approach and attention to detail
*Experience of evolving brands and producing brand guidelines
*Prior Experience in Design-led marketing or comparable services
*Marketing or Business-related degree
*3 years + industry experience
*Experience of B2B & B2C marketing
*Experience of working on a CMS system
*Experience of working with Google Analytics

Reports to: Senior Management Team

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
