GWR is the proud custodian of a world-famous railway network covering 275 stations, stretching across the South Wales, the West Country, the Cotswold and large parts of Southern England.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Senior CRM Manager to support the delivery of the CRM strategy to drive volume and value.
You will work as part of a team to plan and deliver a range of tactical and strategic CRM campaigns supporting the business in achieving revenue targets from new and existing customers across GWR's network.
You’ll be working with the Senior CRM Manager to manage day-to-day agency relationships (creative, media, CRM/Loyalty, data targeting) to maximise ROI and drive database growth.
You’ll also be at the centre of our marketing campaigns. You’ll be thinking of great concepts for our team as well as monitoring data analytics and working with the revenue insight and CRM team.
You'll need to be able to foster strong teamwork, pulling together to deliver agreed objectives. And work effectively, with an understanding of risk.
