To join the supply side of the business and bolster out the current team to better service the needs of their biggest client. You will be a technical client support manager, with the main focus on video advertising with a leading broadcaster. You'll be working with the Account Director who leads the account and you'll be the tier 1 client support on all technical matters.
You will be a driven and motivated person who wants to progress their career within advertising operations and management.
- Ensure successful delivery of trafficked campaigns
- Work closely with the client (occasionally at their offices) and be one of the go-to people for advertising operations across video campaigns
- Establish, document and train on best practise/procedures
- Work closely with the wider team - engineering, sales, account, etc...
- Mentor the junior staff in the team
- Strong ad ops experience, ideally 5+ years
- Client facing exposure, 2+ years
- Strong communicator, ability to deal with C-Level on technical matters
- Video experience is a huge plus, ideally supply side (broadcaster, publisher, SSP)
- Some level of management is a plus
