This agency is looking for someone with an appreciation of either eCRM or CRM, with the ability to work across and having experience across a few different vertical sectors.... a quick thinker ability to multi task.
In short; a proven track record of actually managing a client and at least 2 team members. You must be able to prove that you have worked up the ranks and that you really understand the value and role of account management. An ability of having started and finished a project and the confidence to advise a client. Knowledge also of direct response channels (digital and offline), data management and agency processes.

Remuneration is from £50k-£60k depending on your experience and how good you really are plus benefits.
