SEO Manager

We are looking for an SEO Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimisation and keyword expansion research. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company's profitability. Using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, you will work with other members of the e-commerce team to theorise ways to improve customer experience and increase organic search. This is a new role within the business, and an opportunity to make your mark on the UK's most popular vitamin brand, with ambitious growth plans, you will be comfortable working at speed.

Key Tasks
* Develop and drive the SEO strategy and roadmap
* Monitor and analyse organic search performance data
* Continuously look to find incremental gains to drive SEO traffic across our websites.
* Complete full technical audits of our sites. Identify and write up reasonable solutions to technical SEO hindrances
* Regular updates to spot any trends or SERP movements on core keywords
* Leverage and contribute to the brand and content strategies to maximise SEO opportunities
* Carry out keyword research and implement research as required
* Set-up and maintain SEO landing pages and copy as and when required
* Working with Site Analytics to identify what's working online and what not
* Establish ongoing agenda of site improvements with clear requirements
* Work with digital team members to ensure each category is found and provides compelling experience
* Carry out tactical changes quickly including use of CMS
* Present weekly KPIs reports to line manager - showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to show progress achieved

Essential
* Proven experience in an SEO role
* Able to write SEO copy-based content
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven use of analytics programmes to suggest changes to SEO
* Comfortable prototyping ideas on paper
* Comfortable using a web content management system
* Customer-centric but revenue-driven mentality
* Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable
* Confident with Google Analytics including setting up event tracking
* Has worked with Shopify
