Media Planning Account Manager - great agency, Manchester
Our client is a well established agency in Manchester with a small network of UK offices. With an impressive roster of clients in the entertainment and leisure sectors, they are now seeking an Account Manager to join the team. We're looking for an Account Manager who has integrated campaign management skills and is able to write creative briefs and follow through to production. However, we are also looking for someone who can add media planning and buying knowledge to that mix so the role is really a bit of a hybrid. You'll be used to working on fast paced accounts so you'll need to be super organised with strong attention to detail.
We're happy to consider Media Planner/Buyers who have been looking for an opportunity to move into a more creative agency and to gain experience on that side of the fence. If you perhaps feel that media is too small a world for you, this could be a good lateral move to gain creative exposure and to work on creative briefs. Clearly the alternative is integrated account handlers who know how to plan and buy media.
