This role would ideally suit a highly motivated integrated UX designer who specializes in all things digital, that creates inspiring design solutions and has a strong interest in fashion and digital innovation.The role:
Strong understanding of UX (with some UI) to create engaging on brand user experiences - paying considerable attention to usability and site functionality. Challenge and propose new solutions to optimise the user journey/site.
Build solid working relationships with the E-com, CRM and External Development Agency teams to ensure the delivery of all assets on-brand and on time.
Work as part of a team to propose improvements to the site and editorial features, keeping abreast of competitors brands and striving to create the seamless online user experiences.
Flexibility to support Brand Creative team with brand collateral covering but not limited to PR look books, brochures, retail/wholesale/digital marketing assets.
Keeps abreast of new immerging creative, design and technology trends to maintain innovation and freshness.
The candidate will have the following skills/experience:
CREATIVE THINKING – Minimum 3 + years track record of digital first innovative creative ideation with examples of well thought out and beautifully presented user journeys, experience maps and other UX deliverables.
Show proficiency with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies. Have a full understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and
research to business problems.
CREATIVE PRODUCTION - Designing for desktop, mobile and tablet with a solid knowledge of responsive design. Experience in using e-commerce content management systems.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Possess good project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
ATTENTION TO DETAIL – Excellent eye for detail, takes ownership for all assets delivered
CONNECTED TO CULTURE – will have a strong knowledge and passion for trends emerging across fashion, lifestyle, motoring and the luxury sectors and able to use their knowledge to connect with consumers
Proficient in: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver)
Digital - User Experience: wire-framing, process flow, prototyping
