The agency has a reputation for creating and delivering content across multiple channels including digital, video, print and social. This role will initially be closely attached to a pillar client account working with two of the World’s biggest and most innovative brands.  Reporting into the Global Creative Lead this person will be responsible for leading creative projects, inspiring the team around them and bringing innovative thinking and ground-breaking creative to life for the client.

You will manage the complete creative cycle of work, from initial conceptual stages through develop and activation, providing feedback in regular reviews to develop ideas and drive creative excellence. This will include a strong element and brand guardianship and being the final point of quality control, ensuring that everything shared back with the client is completed to the highest standards and 100% on brand.

The role would suit an ACD from a Copywriting background who can think visually and across channels as projects are usually multi-faceted and involve a diverse range of disciplines. Our ideal candidate:

Significant experience at senior level on large scale/global brands, confident leading projects and teams and inspiring clients and colleagues alike.

Able to approach a wide range of briefs from a strategic point of view.

Has meticulous attention to detail whilst working across multiple workstreams with different deadlines, clients and teams.

Is nicely ambitious, always looking for ways to innovate and create work that will break boundaries and win awards.

Is tapped into pop culture, has a strong understanding of the media landscape and how to adapt messaging to different audiences.

Also, brilliant at building beautiful decks that get clients excited and on board with creative direction and thinking.
