The Opportunity:

  • My client, a high-profile leader in the advertising agency world is looking for a Digital Senior Account Manager looking to take a step up in their career and be responsible for managing Client Partner relationships and day to day operations whilst working collaboratively to manage the brief taking process, develop ideas and implement effective and innovative ideas that drive projects and strategy
  • The Role / Key Responsibilities

    The role is heavily website design/build and therefore you must have a strong background in delivering technical solutions. Experience in Digital Strategy, UX, Design, Technical Builds, SEO, CRM and Analytics is essential. Working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process as well as a vested interest in luxury automotive is also highly advantageous.

  • Establish solid relationships with key stakeholders, operating as a strategic advisor and support to the Client Partner
  • Work as the Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments whilst advising on industry and technology trends, channels & developments
  • Utilize your a critical eye for creative output, identifying effective creative work and advise when work could be improved
  • Management of Client expectations and delivery particularly with strategy, execution and overseeing delivery with the project management team.
  • Managing the UX and design creative process
  • Managing the financials: tracking budgets and managing financial processes where and when required
  • Ensuring strong and open lines of communication internally and externals regarding to scope work, working with project management/production to provide associated estimation of work/time/costs
  • Ideal Candidate: 

  • Experience of working closely with project managers, technical and strategy teams
  • Experience managing junior team members 
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
