This leading customer experience and market research agency works with and for many of the world's top companies in various industries with clients from a wide range of sectors from automotive, healthcare, financial and many more.

The Opportunity

This is a great chance to be a part of a dynamic and influential team in the business and provide integral customer insight, data analysis and strategy to their extensive international client list.

The role

  • Provide high quality analytical and insight service for the agency
  • Create and implement a strategy for the analysis of data from multiple data sources (e.g. survey data, operational and commercial data), both offline and within the agency platform
  • To identify methods and tools to improve the development of insightful reports for clients, in terms of content and data visualisation
  • To provide guidance on data analysis tools and techniques within the Data Science and Insight team and the company
  • Defining and implementing a workflow management tool within the Data Science and Insight team (i.e. Kanban)
  • Line management responsibility for a team of analysts and insight specialists within the Data Science and Insight team.
  • Develop and mentor direct reports, specifically to increase skill set and ability to support the companies data analysis and insight requirements
  • Define and lead the management of an outsourcing function to support peak workflow within the Data Sciences team
  • Promoting the application of Data Sciences and Insights within projects, clients and sectors to increase the value of the projects and client relationships

What they want from you

  • Must have in depth knowledge of software that could be utilised within the Data Sciences team: including (but not limited to) advanced statistical packages, predictive modelling applications, BI Tools, databases
  • Experience with presentation packages
  • Wide experience of the analytical techniques employed in the Customer Experience or Research discipline
  • Must have the ability to think ahead and adapt to change
  • Be able to provide strong and positive team leadership
  • Ability to work closely with other teams in a collaborative and effective way
  • Strong team player
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior client management
  • An understanding of business at the strategic level across a wide range of industries
